Vettisi RCs – Return & Replacement Policy

At Vettisi RCs, we are committed to delivering high-performance products that meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and reliability. Every item we produce and ship is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event that an issue arises, we have established the following policy to ensure a smooth and transparent resolution process.


1. Incorrect or Mis-Shipped Products

If you receive a product that differs from your original order, please notify our Customer Support team within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Vettisi RCs will provide a prepaid return label and detailed return instructions. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, the correct product will be shipped immediately at no additional cost to you.
All items being returned must include their original packaging, labeling, and all accompanying components.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise non-functional, please contact Vettisi RCs Customer Support within 7 calendar days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photographs or video documentation of the issue to help us expedite the replacement process.
Once the defect or damage is verified, Vettisi RCs will issue a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped promptly at no charge.
We reserve the right to assess and confirm the nature of the defect prior to approving replacement or refund requests.


3. General Returns (Change of Mind or Unwanted Items)

For return requests that are not the result of a shipping error or product defect, Vettisi RCs accepts returns within 14 calendar days of product delivery.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all included parts, documentation, and materials.
After the return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges incurred at the time of the original order are non-refundable.


4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage due to improper handling are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Custom-made, prototype, or limited-edition components are non-returnable unless proven defective upon arrival.

  • Vettisi RCs reserves the right to refuse or deny any return request that does not meet the terms outlined in this policy.


5. Return & Replacement Procedure

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our Customer Support team at support@vettisirc.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name and shipping address

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued along with detailed instructions for the return process. Returns received without authorization may be delayed or rejected.
