Vettisi RCs – Shipping Policy

At Vettisi RCs, we take pride in ensuring every order is packaged, handled, and delivered with the highest level of care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, fulfill, and deliver your orders within the United States and abroad.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) may begin processing the following business day.

If there is an unexpected delay due to high order volume or stock availability, customers will be notified by email with updated fulfillment timelines.

Note: Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Vettisi RCs ships to all 50 U.S. states.
We offer several domestic shipping options during checkout, which may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.


3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
International shipping rates and options will appear at checkout if available for your region.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees upon delivery.

  • Vettisi RCs is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local carrier issues.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier link.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment has been processed.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support@vettisirc.com.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses at checkout.
Vettisi RCs is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you realize there is an address error, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be rerouted.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Vettisi RCs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • Notify our support team so we can assist in initiating an investigation.

In verified cases of carrier error, replacement or reimbursement may be offered at the discretion of Vettisi RCs.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with photographs and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.


8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For pre-ordered or backordered products, estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page or order confirmation.
These dates are estimates and subject to change based on manufacturing and logistics conditions.
Customers will be notified of any significant updates or delays.
